Aftercare

Your plan for when you leave Northstar is important and we're going to make sure that you have a plan that gives you the tools and resources you need for success outside of treatment.

Together, we'll find you a sober living situation if needed, ensure that you know where you can attend meetings, find a sponsor, and know when and where your appointments take place.

Also, if you've been part of our medication assisted treatment program, we'll make sure that you are able to continue receiving your medication through outpatient services.  

Looking For A Meeting?

There are N.A. meetings happening all the time. No matter where you are, you can always find fellowship at a meeting. Treatment is where the journey begins, but fellowship is where the rubber meets the road.
